murgh musallam

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes


ingredients :


to marinate :

skinless whole chicken                      1 kg-1.5 kg
salt to taste
tandoori masala                              1 tbsp
hung curd                                    1 cup
roasted cumin powder                 2 tsp
garam masala powder                1 tsp
red food color                               1/2 tsp
coriander powder                            1 tsp
turmeric powder                            1 tsp
red chilly powder                             1 tsp
lemon juice                                       3 lemon juice
white vinegar                                    3 tbsp
soya sauce                                       2 tbsp
ketchup                                         2 tbsp
green chilly paste                          2 tsp
pepper powder                             1 tsp

others :
egg                            1
refined flour                       1/2 tbsp
corn flour                             1/2 tbsp
oil                                     4 cups to deep fry

for serving :

lemon slices                2
ring onion                   1
green chutney              1 cup

method :
step 1       
: make cuts over chicken with the help of sharp knife.


step 2
     :   in a large mixing bowl take salt , tandoori masala , curd , roasted cumin  powder , vinegar , green chilly paste , red chilly  powder , coriander  powder , turmeric powder , garam masala powder  ,soya sauce ketchup , pepper powder  ,lemon juice ,red food color ,  and mix all well .

step 3  
 :     place the chicken in spices bowl and rub the spices gently over the chicken .

step 4  
:      cover the chicken bowl with plastic wrap and marinate it for 1 hour at least.

step 5  
:       place the chicken with its marination a heavy bottom pan and cover  and cook on high flame for at-least 7-10 minutes .flip occasionally .

step 6
:     open the lid and allow it to get cool down . when chicken and marination get cool down
step 7
:        remove the chicken  separately and marination in separate platter .pour   egg white and sprinkle refined flour , and corn flour over the chicken . mix well o that chicken get coated with the marination              .

step 8
:        heat up oil and deep fry the chicken until it get golden brown color .flip occasionally

step 9:
:have a lavish royal dinner at night .pour lemon juice and enjoy .
