fish fingers



cooking time : 10 minutes 

preparation time : 10 minutes 









ingredients :


boneless fish                       500 grams 
salt to taste 
ginger paste                     1 tbsp
lemon juice                       2 tbsp
soya sauce                            1 tbsp
crushed black pepper             1/2 tsp
Chinese salt                           pinch 


corn flour                              2 tbsp
oil to deep fry 

method :
  • cut the fish in finger size . then place it in a large mixing bowl . add salt , Chinese salt , lemon juice , ginger paste , egg white ,  soya sauce , crushed black pepper , corn flour , and mix well .
  • heat oil in a pan and deep fry it . 
  • serve with sauce .
