bhuna mutton/ gosht (spicy mutton curry )

cooking time : 20-30 minutes
preparation time : 10 minutes
ingredients :

mutton                      1/2 kg 
salt to taste 
onion finely chopped         4 
tomatoes                                4 finely chopped
ginger Julian chopped               1 tbsp
garlic chopped                       3 tbsp
chilly powder                          2 tsp
coriander powder                    1 tsp
oil                                             1/2 cup
black pepper                            1/2 tsp
garam masala                          1/2 tsp
green chillies                                    4
green fresh coriander                      2 tbsp 

method :  

  • in a pan heat oil add garlic and sauté then add ginger and stir for a while . 
  • add onion and stir till onion get golden color .
  • add mutton pieces and sauté for 2 minutes add coriander powder , tomatoes , chilly powder , black pepper powder , green chillies salt , 1/2 cup of water and cover and cook till mutton get tenderized .
  • open the pan and sauté for 7 minutes  and add garam masala , and cover and cook till oil comes out . 
  • remove in a platter and garnish with coriander leaf . serve with naan .
