stuffed cheesy chicken balls



preparation time : 20 minutes
cooking time : 20 minutes 

ingredients :


chicken mince           1 cup 
salt to taste 
cheese                       2 tbsp
green coriander leaf   1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste        1 tsp
cumin powder                    1/2 tsp
red chilly powder             1/2 tsp
oil                             3 tbsp

for dough :

flour                         1 cup
yeast                          1 tbsp
warn water                  1/2 cup
baking powder             1 tsp
sugar                             1/2 tsp
salt                            1/2 tsp

other :
egg                            2 
bread crumbs           1 cup 
ketchup                for serving .
oil           to deep fry 



method :
  • in a bowl take flour , yeast , baking powder , sugar , and salt and mix well add warn water and make fine dough by kneading .
  • cover it with a cotton cloth and allow it to get rest for 30 minutes .
  • again knead for 1 minutes . and set aside .

fried
for filling :
  • in a pan heat oil add ginger garlic paste and add chicken mince and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes . then add cumin powder chilly powder , salt , chopped green chilly  and cover and cook on slow flame for 4 to 5 minutes ( you can add 1/2 cup of water if required )
  • in the end add fresh coriander leaf , cheese and stir for a while . filling is ready . set aside . 
preparation :


baked
  • with the help of kitchen rolling pin make small round shape out of dough then place the chicken mixture in it . and again close and make ball by using your palm . 
  • repeat the procedure till filling and dough get finished . 
  • break eggs in a separate bowl and beat it . and set aside . 
  • dip the prepared filled balls in egg mixture then coat it with bread crumbs and deep fry it in oil . 
  • serve with ketchup .
you can bake it in oven at 180 degree for 20 minutes .
