kachche keeme ke kabab ( spicy fried meat balls )



cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes

ingredients :

mutton/beef mince                  1 kg 
papaya paste                             1 tbsp
salt to taste 
ginger garlic paste               1 tbsp
roasted cumin powder          1 tsp
garam masala powder           1 tsp
finely chopped onion                 3
egg                                           1 
roasted gram flour              2 tbsp
fresh green coriander leaf chopped        2 cup
fresh mint leaf                                        1 tbsp
green chilly chopped                                 8
pepper powder                                  1/2 tsp
nutmeg  powder                             1/4 tsp
clarified butter                                  1 tbsp
mace powder                                   1/4 tsp
oil to fry 

to garnish :
onion slice                        1 
tomato slice                        1
lemon                                  1 


method :
  • wash the mutton mince gently then drain the water and set aside , remove all the water from mince .
  • take the mince in large mixing bowl add papaya paste , clarified butter , ginger garlic paste . chopped green chillies , coriander mint leaf , chilly chopped , cumin powder , mace and nutmeg powder , salt , and roasted gram flour . mix well .
  • bread one egg in it and again mix well . 
  • make small small bowls out of the mixture and deep fry it in oil till golden brown color .
  • remove in a platter and garnish with ring onion salad leaf and lemon slices .
