creamy peas ( methi malai matar)

 preparation time : 10 minutes
cooking time : 15 minutes 












ingredients :

green cardamom                 2
cloves                                 2
cinnamon stick                       1 big inch

onion                                   1  big chopped finely
curd                                     2 tbsp
cashew                                10 soaked in warn water for 10 minutes
cinnamon stick               1 
cloves                        2
white pepper powder       1/2 tsp
fenugreek leaf                1 tbsp
peas           boiled              1 /2 cup
cottage cheese                      1 cup chopped 
milk                                        1 up
oil                                           3 tbsp
salt to taste 
cream                                  1 cup
water                                     1/2 cup

method :
  • heat oil in a pan add cinnamon stick , cloves and green cardamom and sauté for 30 seconds .

  • add chopped onion and stir fry till it get golden color and remove in a bowl .. add chopped cottage cheese and sauté for 1  minutes. then remove .

  • now in a mixture jar take cashew fried onion , curd white pepper powder salt , and run it . 
  • pour this mixture in a pan and cook for 5 to 8 minutes till it get boil . 

  • add green peas , cottage cheese ,milk, fenugreek leaf , cream and cover and cook more 5 minutes . 
  • remove in a platter and serve .
