steamed spicy drumstick

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes  
serve : 4-6

ingredients :

skin less chicken legs                  1 kg
salt to taste 
white vinegar                              1/2 cup
ginger garlic paste                       1 tbsp
green chilly paste                     1 tbsp
pepper powder                          1 tsp
salt to taste 
garam masala powder                1 tsp
lemon juice                                    4 tbsp
tomato ketchup                            3 tbsp
soya sauce                                    1 tbsp
yogurt                                        1/2 cup
chat masala                                    1 tsp
foil paper                                     as required 

method :
  • take chicken drumsticks in a pan add salt white vinegar ginger garlic paste , 1 tbsp green chilly paste , 1 tsp pepper powder , 1 tsp garam masala powder , and 4 lemon juice mix well and set aside to marinate for 30 minutes . 
  • after that in same pan add 1/2 cup of water and place it on fire and cook till drumstick get cooked well cook on slow flame ..(this gonna take about 7 to 10 minutes ).
  • now in a bowl take 4 tbsp ketchup , 1/2 tsp pepper powder ,1 tbsp soya sauce ,  1/2 cup of yogurt , and 1 tsp of chaat masala , mix well . 
  • take a foil paper and place drumstick in it and add curd mixture on each drumstick . 
  • fold the foil paper and place it on steamer for 7 minutes . 
  • this would be nice starter at any  family get together . 
note :
you can add some vegetables too before placing drumsticks  on steamer like , capsicum , onion , carrot etc
