daango (japanese meat balls )

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve:6

ingredients :

chicken mince          250 grams
egg                              1
chopped onion             1 
garlic cloves             4-5
pepper powder            1 tsp
Chinese salt               1/3 tsp
salt to taste 
sate stick                    as  required 
green onion           1 bunch 


for sauce :

soya sauce              1/2 cup
salt                  pinch 
brown sugar      1 tbsp
white vinegar     2 tbsp

to garnish :

salad leafs                    to garnish 
lemon slices                    few 


method :  
  • in a chopper jar take mince , egg , chopped onion , garlic cloves , pepper powder , Chinese salt , and run it . after that remove t in a bowl .
  •  grease your palm with 1 tbsp oil and make fine balls out of the mixture . 
to steam :
  • boil 6 to 9 cup of water in a pan and put the prepared bowl in it . cook it till ball float on top layer . then remove and drain . set aside . 
to prepare sauce :
  • in a sauce pan take Chinese salt , soya sauce , white vinegar , brown sugar and cook it till sauce get thicken . this going to take 5 to 8 minutes on medium slow flame .
  • put all prepared balls in it toss it so that sauces get coat with balls . add green onion . close the flame . 
  • place all the balls in sate stick . and grill it in preheated oven at 200 degree . for 6 to 8 minutes . 
  • serve with lemon slice and salad leaf . perfect finger food for any party .

mutton kebabs nest

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 4  

ingredients :

boneless mutton / beef          500 grams
salt                       1 tsp
white vinegar             1 tbsp
water                           1 cup
ginger garlic paste        1 tbsp
pepper powder             1 tbsp
green chilly paste             1 tbsp
green coriander            2 tbsp
green chilly                    6 finely chopped
onion                             2 tbsp chopped
potato boiled and mashed        1 cup ( about 4 potato )
vermicelli              1  cup 
egg                         1
oil                       to deep fry 



method :

step 1 : in a pressure cooker take 500 grams of mutton / beef  add 1 tsp salt , 1 tbsp white vinegar , 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste , 1 tbsp pepper powder , 1 tbsp green chilly paste , and a cup of water and pressure cook it till the mutton get fully cooked . there must not be water after boiling mutton .



step 2 :  take the mutton pieces in grinder jar and run it make . make it in mince type . then add fresh chopped coriander and mashed potato , chopped green  chilly , chopped onion and mix all . then make egg shape balls out of the mixture .

step 3

: break 1 egg in a small bowl and whisk it .


step 4 : dip each balls in egg mixture then coat it with vermicelli . do it with each balls .


step 5 : deep fry it in oil . and garnish  and serve in fancy platter .

step 6 : serve with lemon slices .

step 7 : this recipe is best to win any cooking competition. any how at place of mutton mince you can use chicken mince too

pipli kebabs (beef mince kebabs )

ingredients :


beef mince            500 grams 
salt to taste 
ginger paste             1 tsp
garlic paste              1 tsp
red chilly powder    1 tsp
white cumin              1 tsp
green chillies           6 
all spice powder        1 tsp
black pepper powder          1/2 tsp
cinnamon powder           1/4 tsp
raw papaya paste               1 tbsp
fresh coriander leaf          1/4 bunch
gram flour                     3 tbsp
long pepper powder                  1/2 tsp 
black cardamom powder       1/4 tsp
clarified butter                            2 tbsp
oil to fry 




method :  

  • in a grinder jar take beef mince , salt , garlic paste , ginger paste , raw papaya paste , cardamom powder , long pepper ,red chilly powder ,green chilly , white cumin , fresh coriander leaf and run it . 

  • after that add clarified butter , all spice powder , pepper powder , cinnamon powder , and again run it . remove it in a bowl . 

  • rub your palm with 1 tsp oil and make fine shapes of kebabs you like .

  • heat up oil in a pan and shallow fry kebabs . turn wisely so that beef get cooked from all sides evenly . 

  • serve with lemon slice and salad leafs.

how to make arabic salad with dip

cooking time : nil

ingredients :

diakon/ white radish         1 cup sliced 
cucumber                    1 sliced 
cucumber pickle              1 cup slices 
salad leave                           few
chopped olives                       1/2 cups ( black and green )
peeled and chopped tomato          1 cup( seeds removed)

for dip :

boiled chickpea               1/2 cups
boiled garlic                    6 cloves 
lemon juice                    4 tbsp
sesame seeds                    1 tbsp
black pepper powder         1/2 tsp 
white pepper powder             1 tsp
olive oil                                1/2 cup
cream                                        4 tbsp
salt to taste 
paprika                             1 tsp




method :  

  • in a large mixing bowl take cucumber , cucumber pickle , tomato, and olives . give it a gentle toss . 
  • remove in a serving platter and set aside . 

to make dip :

  • in a grinder jar take boiled chick pea , olive oil , lemon juice , paprika , pepper powder , white pepper powder , salt ,and sesame seed run it and make fine paste . remove in a serving bowl .
  • serve it with salad .

healthy sandwich

brown bread slices                   5
egg white                                     2 hard boiled and chopped
cottage cheese                    300 grams
cucumber                     1 chopped

method :
  • in a large mixing bowl take chopped hard boiled egg whites , chopped tomato , chopped cucumber , and 300 grams and crushed cottage cheese . toss all the ingredients well . 

  • add olive oil , salt and pepper to taste and filling is ready . 

  • now take brown bread slices and place salad leafs over it . put the prepared vegetables mixture over it and cover it with other brown bread slice . 

  • grill it over griller and serve in breakfast .

how to make tahini sauce at home

ingredients :

sesame seeds                 3 tbsp
salt                                1/4 tsp
grated garlic                1 tsp

lemon juice           2 tbsp

method :  
  • in a pan take 3 to 4 tbsp sesame seeds and stir it on very slow flame until seeds get nice golden color and nice aroma comes out from it . stir continuously so that seeds get roast evenly . 
  • now put that seeds in mixture jar along with olive oil , salt , and garlic clove . and run it till it get nice paste .

  • take 2 skinless chicken breast in a bowl add 3 cloves of grated fresh garlic , roasted crushed cumin powder , 1 tsp pepper powder , salt to taste , and 1/4 tsp cardamom powder , 1 tsp paprika powder , 4 tbsp lemon juice , 1/2 cup yogurt mix all the ingredients well . marinate it for at-least 1 hour .

  • now put it in Owen proof dish and bake it in 150 degree preheated oven for at-least 20 minutes . 

  • after that shred the chicken breast add 2 tbsp olive oil , 2 tbsp chilly sauce , and 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley . mix well and set aside .  
  • any how if you don't have oven cover cook the chicken with all its marinate on your gas flame . 


assembling :


  • cut the pita bread in half moon shape . open it .
  • put 2 tbsp chicken mixture , 2 tbsp vegetable salad , and 1 tbsp tahini sauce and serve it .

shawarma salad (vegetables salad for shawarma )

onion                      1 sliced 
beat root                    1 sliced Julian 
salt                        to taste 
cucumber              1 peeled and sliced 
green chillies               2 to 3 chopped

method :  

  • in a large mixing bowl take 1 cup peeled and finely chopped beet root , 1 finely sliced onion 1 cucumber 1/2 tsp salt and 2 to 3 finely chopped green chillies and toss all them together . 
  • now add 1 cup of white vinegar and mix well . 
  • cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set it in fridge for over night . next day use it in shawarma .
  • white using it no need to take liquid part of it . 

how to make kasturi milk / rabdi milk

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes

ingredients :

full cream milk                     1 liter 
saffron                                 1/2 tsp
roasted pistachio                     1 tbsp
roasted cashew crushed                1 tbsp
sugar                                          2 tbsp
khoya                                     200 grams 
condense milk                        1 cup 
green cardamom powder         1/4 tsp
kewra water                              1 tsp

method :  
  • in a sauce pan take full cream milk add 2 tbsp sugar and 1/2 tsp saffron . and cook on slow flame for about 15 minutes . or till milk left only 3/4 of its quantity . you will notice milk get golden yellow color . (stir occasionally )
  • add khoya crushed , pistachio , almonds , kewra water and condense milk and stir well . give it a boil .
  • immediately remove in a serving glass and serve . 
note :

this street milk is too healthy and too tasty drink during winter . this is too good for people who seeking to put on some weight . you can serve it child during summer . put it in freezer for 3 hours and serve chilled during summer . taste will be like ice-cream or falooda.
in any case if you don't have saffron then you can skip it but saffron contain some heating agent that provide necessary heat .so for that reason instead of saffron use 1/6 tsp of nutmeg powder .

chole puri (spicy chick pea)

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes

ingredients :
chicken pea                      1 cups soaked in water over night .
ginger garlic paste             1 tsp
salt to taste
tomato                                 2 chopped
fenugreek leaf                     1 tbsp
green coriander               1 tbsp chopped
mustard seeds                      1 tsp
red chilly powder               1 tbsp
oil                               6 tbsp
green chilly                            4 finely chopped
onion                             1 large  finely chopped
caraway seeds               1 tsp
puri                      to serve


method :  

  • in a pressure cooker take soaked chick pea add 1.5 cups of water and 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp turmeric and pressure cook it till chick pea get fully done . set aside .

  • heat 1/2 of oil or 6 tbsp oil in a pan add onion and cook till it get nice golden color .
  • add dried fenugreek leaf mustard seeds , and caraway seeds and stir for a while then add ginger garlic paste and cook about 30 seconds ,add tomato, red chilly powder  and sauté till tomato get soften  then add boiled chicken peas ( kabuli chane ).and give it a toss . add 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 tsp of salt and cover and cook for 10 minutes on slow flame .
  • remove in a platter and sprinkle chopped green chillies and green coriander . serve with puri
this is popular break fast street food in India . popularly famous in mumbai .my friend says its popular in karachi and lahore too  usually serve in leafy platter with nice puris (Indian fried bread).

koh-e-noor charga chicken (murg musallam )

cooking time : 20-30 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 3-4

ingredients :

skinless whole chicken           1 weight about 1 kg 
salt to taste 
white vinegar                     3 tbsp
curry powder             1 tsp
red chilly powder           1 tsp
crushed black pepper       1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste          1 tbsp
crushed roasted coriander      1 tsp
crushed roasted white cumin       1 tsp
curd                                           6 tbsp
lemon juice                          2 tbsp
chaat masala                          1/2 tsp
red food color                      1/2 tsp
egg white                            1 
oil                                    4 cups to fry 

to garnish :
lemon slices            few 

method :  
  • wash chicken nicely and make cuts over it with the help of knife . 
  • put it in a large mixing bowl and rub 1 tsp salt and 3 tbsp vinegar over it . and mix well . set aside for 15 minutes . 
  • after that remove all the water from chicken and add 1 tsp curry powder , 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste , red chilly powder , crushed black pepper ,  crushed white cumin , crushed coriander seeds ,red food color , curd and 1/2 tsp salt , mix well . add curd and again mix well make sure spices get coated with each part of chicken set it in fridge for 2 to 3 hours . 
  • after that place the chicken with its marinate in a pan and cover and cook for 20 minutes on slow flame . (don't add extra water .)flip occasionally . 
  • after that remove the chicken aside and . allow the marinate to get cool down .then add egg white in it and mix it . 
  • rub this left over marinade over the chicken nicely and deep fry it in oil . for 7 to 8 minutes or until it get nice patches over it flip after four minutes . ( 4 minutes on each side ).
  • remove in a serving platter and sprinkle 1/2 tsp chaat masala and present it with lemon slices . 
  • a royal dinner is ready to serve with naan  in any party or any romantic dinner.☺☺

naan khatai (cookie )

baking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes

ingredients :

clarified butter               250 grams
caster sugar                         200 grams
refined flour                     3 cups
semolina                           1 cup
egg yolk                                    1
pistachio chopped to garnish 
green cardamom powder            1/2 tsp
baking powder                         1/2 tsp

method :

  • in a large mixing bowl take caster sugar , semolina , and clarified butter and whisk .

  • after that add cardamom powder , refined flour and , and baking powder and make fine dough . knead gently . 

  • grease a oven proof pan with clarified butter or place a foil paper over it . 

  • make fine balls out of the dough and press it with palm , then make a small dot.on the top of it by using index finger or thumb .

  • now pour 1/8 tsp of egg yolk nicely so that it cover only dot . shown in picture . 

  • put pistachio over it .
  • bake it in oven 190 degree for 20 minutes . 

semolina and fox nut dessert (sooji ke laddu)

cooking time : 15 minutes preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 6  









ingredients :
semolina                 2 cup 
sugar                       8 tbsp
fox nut ( makahne )       1 cup
raisins                               1/2 cup
cashew nuts                    12-15
clarified butter                  3 tbsp 
melon seeds                    2 tbsp  peeled 
grated coconuts             2 tbsp
almonds                        chopped 
water                          3 cups 
cardamom powder         1/2 tsp


method :
  • dry roast fox nut  , cashew nuts , almonds , and melon seeds , and grated coconuts separately . 
  •  heat up 2 tbsp clarified butter ( ghee ) in a pan and stir semolina until it get nice golden color then remove in a bowl . 

  • now in pan take 3 cups of water , put raisins , cardamom powder  and 1/2 cup sugar and allow it to get a boil . then add all roasted semolina , fox nut, almonds , cashew , melon seeds and stir till it get dry . and all mixture get soaked by water . 

  • now allow it to get on room temperature then make fine balls by using palms . 
  • this is awesome recipe for winter season . 

hydrabadi bhuna chicken ( chicken curry)

cooking time : 25-30 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes  
serve: 6

ingredients :

chicken                     1/2 kg skinless
oil                        1/2 cup
cashew roast                   10-12 
coconut roasted                1 tbsp
lemon juice                 1 tbsp
poppy seeds                 1 tbsp roasted 
white cumin                      1 tsp roasted       
button red chilly                  10 tbsp roasted 
whole coriander seeds            1 tbsp
fried onion                          1 cup
curd                                     1 cup
ginger garlic paste              1 tbsp
salt to taste 

method :  
  • first dry roast cashew , grated coconut , button red chillies ,poppy seeds , white cumin , and whole coriander seeds separately each . 

  • then put all in mixture jar along with a cup of water . and run it make fine paste . 
  • now in a large mixing bowl take chicken pieces add ginger garlic paste , fried onion crushed , salt , lemon juice , and curd , give it a gentle mix , now add prepared spices mixture ( cashew, poppy seeds , coconut etc )mix well , cover it with plastic wrap and put it in fridge to get marinate for at-least 1 hour .

  • after that heat up 1/2 cup oil in a pan and put marinated chicken in it . mix well , and cover and cook for 25 minutes on medium slow flame , stir in between while cooking .
  • remove in a platter and serve  with naan or paratha

kofte (meatball gravy with spinach)

for meat balls :

mutton/beef mince             1/2 kg 
garam masala powder             1 tsp
ginger garlic paste   1 tbsp
poppy seeds roasted ground       1 tbsp
salt                                            1 tsp
onion  paste                                         2 tbsp
red chilly powder                    1 tsp
gram flour roasted                  3 tbsp
green chilly                       2 



gravy :

oil                     1/2 cup
onion paste             4 tbsp
turmeric powder         1/2 tsp
all spice powder              1/2 tsp
coriander powder                  3 tsp
red chilly powder               1 tsp
ginger garlic paste          1 tsp
salt                                1 tsp
curd                           1/2 cup
green chilly                 4

others :

milk                              1 cup 
spinach                        1/2 kg 
dill                               1/2 bunch
fresh fenugreek leaf           2 bunch 
green chillies                      2 



method :  

vegetable paste :


  • take dill , spinach , and fresh fenugreek leaf in a pan and add 3 tbsp water and cover and cook on slow flame for for 5 to 7 minutes . 
  • after that cool it down and make fine paste . 


for balls :


  • in a chopper jar take mutton mince , 1 tsp gram masala powder , 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste , onion paste , roasted ground poppy seeds , roasted gram flour, red chilly powder and 2 chillies  and run it  after that make fine balls out of the mixture . set aside . 


gravy :


  • heat 1/2 cup oil in a pan add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste , salt , onion paste , turmeric powder , coriander powder , curd , garam masala powder , and whole green chillies and sauté  till mixture get a boil . 
  • add prepared kofte(meat balls ) gently . and cover and cook for 5 to 8 minutes . 
  • add vegetables paste and cup of milk and cover and cook for 10 minutes more on slow flame .
