curd salad ( Raita )


Preparation time : 15 minutes
Cooking time : Nil








ingredients :


yogurt                   1 cup
cucumber                  1 chopped in cubes
tomato                        1 chopped in cubes
green chilly                  2 finely chopped
onion                           1 finely chopped
salt to taste

red chilly powder          just for dressing ( optional)
fresh coriander                   1 tbsp


method :



firstly chopped all the given ingredients (tomato , cucumber ,onion )
in a big bowl mix all the ingredients , add chopped chilly and salt .
add fresh coriander and mix well .
now add yogurt and mix well.
garnish with red chilly powder . ready to serve with any biryani , pulao , gravy
