chocolate mouses (without egg)

preparation time :nil
cooking time   :10-15 minutes 







ingredients :



white chocolate                 1 cup
cream                              65 m.l
kala jamun                          4
whipped cream                 4 tbsp
saffron strands                   pinch
thandai  paste                     2 tbsp
pistachio                                 1 tbsp finely chopped




method .

  • cut chocolate into small  cubes in a bowl and set aside 
  • heat up cream in a pan and allow it to boil . as soon as it starts boiling immediately pout it into chocolate bowl .
  • chocolate will start melting stir it well till chocolate get completely dissolved .

  • now add 3 tbsp whipped cream and 2 tbsp thandai paste and mix well . set it into fridge for 15 minutes .
  • remove this mixture from fridge and fill it into piping cone .
  • now take a serving glass place 2 kala jamun 1st in the glass then make a layer of prepared mixture of thandai paste and chocolate with the help of piping bag .

  • now again put 2 kala jamuns in middl

  • now fill some whipped cream into piping bag and decorate top layer .put one gulab jamun on top and garnish with saffron strands and pistachio .
  • serve chilled .
