Limu pani

nutritional value of the drink :   lemon contain vitamin b and vitamin c . vitamin b (a group of 8 water soluble vitamin) that helps to regulate your  body metabolism and keep your nervous and immune system to functioning well .however vitamin C is rich source of citric acid . which  is good for muscles and skin thus it is good to take a glass of lemon water during summer ..

ingredients :



lemon water

lemon 1
water  1 glass
ice  cubes  6 to 7
black salt         just a pinch
sugar              1 tsp



method :


  • in a glass squeeze lemon juice remove seeds.
  • add sugar and black salt
  • add ice cubes . and fill the remaining glass with water . mix well and ready to serve
  • a energy refreshing drink for summer is ready to serve .
