thandai paste










ingredients :


cashew cuts           1/2 cup (soaked in water )
heavy cream                     2 tbsp (soaked in water)
pistachio                          1/2 cup
saffron strands                    1 pinch
walnuts                             1/4 cup
poppy seed                     1/4 cup soaked in warm milk for 30 minutes )






method :

  • put all the above ingredients into mixture jar and grind for 3 minutes .do not make very fine paste .we need to just crush it smoothly .
  • remove in a bowl and ready to use .
