Tandoori chicken


Preparation time : 5 minutes
Cooking time :  30 minutes 





ingredients :


chicken leg                6
salt to taste
lemon juice          1 tbsp
green chilly paste  3 green chilly
curd                     water removed  1 cup
ginger paste       1 tsp
garlic paste         1 tsp
red chilly power   1 tsp
gram masala power (all spice powder )        1 tsp
tandoori masala             2 tsp
chaat masala              1/2 tsp
coriander powder      1 tsp
purpose  flour         1 tbsp
food color (tandoori)         a pinch
oil                       to fry or u can grill
cumin powder           1 tsp





method :

1st marination :



  • make small slit /cuts on chicken leg pieces .
  • add salt,green chilly paste and lemon juice on all the cuts of chicken and marinate for 1 hour in fridge .



2nd marination :

  • remove chicken bowl from fridge and add curd , ginger garlic paste , red chilly powder . garam masala chaat masala , tandoori masala , coriander powder cumin  powder , and purpose flour and 1 tbsp mustard oil and mix well


  • again marinate it for 2 hours in fridge ,
  • add one egg white in the bowl of chicken and mix well so that all spices cover the chicken pieces  very well
  • now heat up oil in pan and and fry this chicken on medium flame . so that chicken get cooked well .


  • serve hot with lemon  and slice onion ring ... the royal starter is ready to serve .
