bhindi ki bhaji (orka fry)



Preparation time : 5 minutes
Cooking time :  15 minutes 







ingredients :



ladyfinger                20 to 25
onion                       2 finely chopped
green chilly                    3 to 4
salt to taste
oil                                 2 tbsp






method :





  • wash lady finger . and chopped it finely remove stem base .
  • heat up oil in a pan and add onion fry on high flame till onion get nice light brown color .
  • add chopped chilly and saute for 30 sec now add lady finger and saute well
  • add salt again saute . cover the pan and cook on very low flame for 10 minutes
  • open the pan and again saute on hight flame for 3 to 4 minutes . till stickiness of okra end .
  • remove in a plate and ready to serve .




(warning : dont ever add water in okra )
