kalmi kabab ( chicken Kabab )


preparation time : 20 minutes 

cooking time : 30 minutes 













ingredients :


chicken leg                   6
lemon juice                   2 tsp
salt to taste
red chilly powder            1 tsp
thick curd                         1 cup
coriander powder          1/2 tsp
cumin powder                  1/2 tsp
tandoori mas-ala                1 tsp
gram mas-ala                      1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste            2 tsp
gram flour                          1 tbsp
cashew powder                  1 tbsp
cream                                  1 tbsp
egg white                             1 tbsp


for garnishing :

silver cover foil paper       6
coriander leaf                  1/4 cup
onion rings                    
lemon slices





preparation :



  • to make marinate chicken legs . make  deep slit on it  with knife and then rub lemon juice , red chilly powder salt on it.keep aside for 15 minutes .












  • to marinate chicken again , in a deep bowl take curd , salt, coriander powder , red chilly powder , cumin powder tandoori masala , ginger garlic paste , gram flour , cashew powder , egg white ,and mix all ingredients well .











  • mix the chicken with the spices and keep this a side for 4 to 5 hours ,
  • place marinated chicken legs on wire rack and grill them in oven  on 200 degree for 20 minutes..






  • wrap the ends of the prepared kalmi kababs with the silver foil

  • serve in plate and garnish it with onion ring and slices  lemon and fresh chopped green coriander  serve hot ..
