pinapple cheese stater (anannaas paneer tikka )


preparation time :15 minutes
cooking time   :30 minutes 









ingredients :
cottage cheese                          250 gram (chopped in 1 inches cubes )
hung curd                                 1 tbsp
ginger paste                                1 tsp
garlic paste                                    1 tsp
green capsicum                            1/4 cup (chopped in 1 inches cubes seed removed )
red capsicum                                1/4 cup ( chopped in 1 inches cubes seed removed)
yellow capsicum                           1/4 cup ( chopped in 1 inches cubes seed removed )
onion                                           1        ( chopped in 1 inches cubes )
pineapple slices                            4      ( make four parts in 1 slice
salt to taste
lime juice                                      2 tbsp
garam masala powder                 1/4 tsp
gram flour                                    2 tbsp
oil                                               3 tbsp
sate stick                                   6 (soaked in chilled water before use )
red chilly powder                       1 tsp
   



method :


heat up a pan and dry roast gram flour for 30 second on slow flame as soon as nice aroma start coming out from flour remove it in a bowl and set aside .


1st marination :




  • in a bowl take cottage cheese pieces and add 2 tbsp lime juice on it and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste . rub gently on each pieces and set a side for 1/2 hour .





2nd marination :





  • in a large bowl take hung curd , roasted gram flour , salt , 1 tsp ginger garlic paste garam masala , red chilly powder ,lemon juice , mix well .
  • add all the peppers( all capsicum ) and onion  and mix well .
  • now add marinated cheese and mix very delicately . (not to break cheese pieces marinate it for 1/2 hour more .
  • now take sate stick and arrange ,peppers ,onion ,cheese , and pineapple piece one bne alternatively .
  • heat up 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry from all the sides .ready to serve with any sauce.
