gajar ka halwa ( carrot dessert)



Preparation time : 5 minutes
Cooking time :  30 minutes 

















ingredients :


grated carrot             1 kg
cream                        1 cup
sugar                          1 cup
green cardemom powder        1 tsp
khoya ( mava )  roughly grated     1 cup
ghee                                       4 tbsp




in a pressure cooker take grated carrot add some milk and cook till 2 wistle blow.
in a pan heat up ghee add cardamom powder and mix boil carrot into it .sauté well

now add more cream and grated khoya .and sugar ... sauté till water fully evaporate



add chopped nuts and garnish with grated khoya ...  ready to serve..
