chicken noodles




Preparation time : 5 minutes
Cooking time :  20 minutes 













ingredients :

noodles                     1 cup boiled
capsicum                    1/2 cup
ginger garlic paste      1 tsp
chicken breast                1 cup finely chopped in small small pieces
salt to taste
white vinegar               1 tbsp
green onion                    to garnish only
green chilly                   1 finely chopped
carrot                          1/2 cup finely chopped
soya sauce                   3 tbsp
ketchup                        3 tbsp
onion                            1/2 finely chopped

(its important to cut all vegetable in same shape . so that it will look good too ) . as shown in pics 





method :



1st step:

  • first in deep pan take noodles and add 1 tbsp oil add noodles and 4 to 5 cup water cook it till water start boiling  and noodles cooked .
  • remove the hot water and fill the pan with normal water then noodles with not bind them selves after  5 minutes drain the water from noodles and its ready to use .





2nd step 


  • in a pan heat up oil . add chopped onion . and stir for one minute .

  • add ginger garlic paste .and green chilly and chicken pieces
  • add salt

  • add carrot and cook for 3 minute add capsicum and stir .
  • add noodles and saute very well till noodles and vegetable mix .
  • remove from flame add ketchup and soya sauce and mix well .
  • remove in serving plate .
