stuffed green Bell peppers

preparation time :10 minutes

cooking time   :30 minutes 











ingredients :

bell pepper / green capsicum            3 to 4 
minced mutton / beef                         1/2 kg 
ginger paste                                        1 tsp
garlic paste                                          1 tsp
onion                                                   1 finely chopped 
salt to taste 
green chilly                                          3 to 4 finely chopped 
pepper powder                                   1 tsp
tomato                                                 1 medium size finely chopped 
rice                                                     1 /4 cup boiled 
grated cheese                                      4 tbsp 
tomato ketchup                                    3 tbsp
oil                                                         2 tbsp
water                                                     4 tbsp 
cilantro / coriander leave                         1/4 cup finely chopped 





method :

  • cut the green capsicum from middle , remove seed .
  • in a large pan boil 4 cup water . when it start boiling add capsicum in that and let it be cook for 5 and set a side .
  • sprinkle  salt on that . and set aside .
  • now heat up  3 tbsp oil in a pan add mutton mince and ginger garlic paste and saute for at least 5 minutes on medium heat .
  • add chopped tomato , green chillies , cumin powder and 1 cup water and cover the pan for 15 minutes and cook . after  5 minutes open the pan and saute till oil comes out . and mutton mince get cooked .add fresh cilantro and mix well .
  • add boiled rice in it and mix well .
  • place open side on the capsicums on   baking tray
  • fill this mixture of mutton mince and rice  into capsicum  . 
  • pour ketchup sauce mixture  over the top of the capsicum and grate some cheese on the top f the capsicum .
  • cover the tray with foil paper and bake it for 25 minutes .
  • remove in a plate and ready to serve .

ketchup sauce :


take 3 to 4 tbsp ketchup in a bowl , and add 1/4 cup water to make consistency on ketchup super flow .ready to use
