malayee wala murg ( creamy chicken )

cooking time   :15-20 minutes 


ingredients :





boneless chicken breast              300 gram ( chopped in 1 inches cubes )
onion                                                 2 finely chopped 
oil                                                       3 tbsp
green chilly                                   3 finely chopped 
ginger garlic paste                          1 tsp
fenugreek leaves                            1/2 tsp
green cardemom powder               1/2 tsp
fresh cream                                    1 cup
black pepper powder                      1/2 tsp 
salt to taste .


method :


  • heat up oil in a pan add onion and sauté till it get nice brown color add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute .
  • add chicken and salt and stir for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame .
  • add fenugreek leaves , pepper powder , chopped chilly ,cream and 1/2 cup water .cover the pan and cook for 6 minutes on slow flame .
  • open the pan and saute for 3 to 4 minutes .
  • remove in a plate and garnish with green chilly and fenugreek leaves .
