khade masale ka gosht ( spicy mutton curry )



cooking time : 20 minutes 
preparation time : 5 minutes 












method :

mutton pieces with bone                1 kg
oil / butter                                      3 tbsp
black pepper corn                    10 to 12
bay leaf                                      2
dry red chilly                             6 to 8
salt to taste
ginger paste                            1 tsp
garlic paste                              1 tsp
whole coriander                       1 tsp roughly grated
cumin powder                          1 tsp
curd                                         1/2 cup
tomato                                      2 to 3 chopped
onion                                         2 chopped
green chilly                                 4
fresh coriander leaf                        1 cup
garam masala powder                     1/2 tsp
water                                             1/2 cup



method :
  • in a pressure cooker heat up oil , add bay leaf , black pepper corn , whole dry red chilly and coriander seed and saurte for  30 sec .
  • add onion slices and saute till it get nice light brown color . and add ginger paste garlic paste .and salt 
  • add mutton pieces on high flame and stir well for 3 minutes .
  • now add curd and saute , add tomato and 2 chopped green chilly ,and saute 
  • add cumin powder and cover the cooker and allow to get 3 to 4 whistles .
  • now open the pan and saute for 5 to 8 minutes on high flame .
  • add 1/2 cup of water to make thick gravy . remove in serving bowl and garnish it with chopped chilly and fresh coriander .
