keeme k samose (mutton mince samose)

Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time :  30 minutes 









ingredients :



keema   (beef mutton mince  )         300 gram

green chilly                                    4 finely chopped
spring onion                              2 to 3 finely chopped
ginger garlic paste                       1 tbsp
salt to taste
fennel seeds                                   2 tsp
cumin seed                                      1 tsp
whole coriander seeds              1 tsp
red chilly powder                      1/2 tsp
oil                       to fry
papaya  paste                                           1 tsp
samosa wrapper  ( samose ki patti )    12
fresh coriander                                        1/2 cup finely chopped


water and flour paste :

water                      1 cup
plan flour           1 tbsp


in a bowl take 1 tbsp flour and add water and make thick paste .






method :




  • first heat a pan and dry roast  fennel seeds , cumin seeds , and whole coriander seeds stir.for 1/2 minute.till nice aroma comes out . but do not burn it .

  • grind it in mixture finely and remove in a bowl .

  • now in heavy bottom pan heat up 2 tbsp oil add ginger garlic paste . sauté for 1/2 minute add keema(mutton mince) . stir well add chilly powder , green chilly , salt , papaya paste .water 1/2 cup and cover the pan cook for 10 minutes .





  • now open the pan and add prepared mixture of fennel seed coriander seed and cumin seed .sauté 

  • again cover the pan and let the keema (mutton mince)cooked well .

  • finely add chopped spring onion and saute for 10 minutes till the water fully evaporate . 


  • add fresh coriander .


  •  fill this mixture in samosa wrappers. and seal it by using water and flour mixture .1st make cone shape of the wrapper then fill shown in picture

  • heat up 1/2 liter oil in heavy bottom pan


  • and deep fry in oil
