badam hareera(almonds dessert)

preparation time :nil
cooking time :30-45 minutes














ingredients :



1/2 liter milk
1/3 tsp cardamom powder
3 tsp wheat (soaked in water at least 4 hours)
 few strands of saffron
nuts for garnish
1/4 kg sugar ( according to taste )
rose water (for flavor  )





method:


  • in a mixture jar grind wheat with water on which it is soaked .do not make paste ..
  • now in in a heavy bottom pan take milk add   grind ed wheat saffron , cardamom powder , sugar , rose water 3 drops only , and nuts to this . and bring it to a boil on high flame . 
  • once it get slightly thick like custard remove in a serving bowl and garnished with chopped nuts
  • refrigerate it for 2 to 3 hours 
  • and serve after heavy meal.
