baked mutton mince (dum ka keema )

Preparation time : 5 minutes
Cooking time :  30 minutes 











ingredient
 mutton mince                                        1/2 kg           
Yogurt                                                       1 cup
  Salt to taste
  Red chili powder                             2 tbsp
  All Spice Powder(garam masala )  1 tbsp
  cumin seed                                               1 tsp (roasted )
 oil / butter                                                   3  tbsp
 raw papaya paste                                         3 to 4 tbsp
 Ginger paste                                                 1 tbsp
Garlic paste                                                    1 tbsp
 Oil                                                                       1 tbsp
 fresh coriander leaves                                1 cup (finely chopped )
onion                                                                   2 medium sized (finely chopped )
  Green chilies                                                  4
water                                                             1 cup



method :



  • in a bowl take mutton mince (keema ) add salt ,yogurt ,red chilly powder , all spice powder (garam masala ),cumin seed roasted ,raw papaya paste , 1 tbsp butter , ginger paste garlic paste mix well and set in fridge for marination for 2 hours .



  • heat up a charcoal  when it turn red put this into marinated mince (place a small foil paper at the top of the mince to put charcoal over it )now put heated charcoal on foil paper and  drop one tsp of ghee /oli on charcoal and immediately cover the pan do not allow smoke to go out .



  • open the pan after 15 minutes and and remove charcoal from it .





  • after that heat up a pan , add chopped onion and fry till it turn to light brown color .
  • now add marinated mince (keema ) in it and sauté . add 1 green chilly .

  • cover the pan add 1 /2 cup water and again cover the pan and cook till mince (keema ) get cooked fully .

  • then sauté well till oil comes out from keema (mutton mince) . 



  • add fresh coriander and 3 green chilly . remove in plate and serve hot with any bread /tortilla .

  • enjoy .
